Operasonic - Sonic Progressions
Commissioned by Operasonic, Sonic Progressions explores contemporary art through sound. During the course of this project we explored the online collection of the National Contemporary Gallery of Wales. Through this we drew inspiration from selected art works of our choice to create an immersive sonic experience within the garllery.

Presteigne Music Festival
Presteigne Music Festival is a weekend long music festival showcasing the works of contemporary music and living composers. This commission is in collaboration with the Radnorshire Wildlife Trust, where a number of site visits took place to draw on the natural surrounding of the area and find inspirations for this piece.

Operasonic - The Game
Produced by Operasonic, ‘The Game’ is a project funded by the British Council Wales as part of their Wales France Culture Fund. During this project we engages with a number of Newport communities alongside the incredible Fabulo Ensemble. These workshops helped materialise the music which features in the short film.

BBC Music and Meditation Podcast
Written as part of the BBC’s Music and Meditation Podcast. This consisted of writing a piece for orchestra which was later recorded by the BBC Concert Orchestra as part of a guided mediation by Katie Piper and Izzy Judd, drawing on the themes of ‘Making Peace with Imperfections’.

Bangor Music Festival at Stiwdio Pontio
Bangor Music Festival is a weekend long music festival that showcases the works of Welsh composers and contemporary music. During this project, we worked alongside the Canolfan Gerdd William Mathias Ensemble.

LPO Junior Artists Showcase at the Royal Festival Hall
This commission consisted of working alongside the LPO and their Junior Artists to produce a piece around the theme of Fantasy and Colour. The Junior artists are exceptional young performers from ethnic-minority backgrounds. Throughout this process, the commission was liaised, workshopped and rehearsed with that ensemble to be showcased at the Royal Festival Hall.

UPROAR Ensemble - CoDI Composers Studio
Ty Cerdd’s ‘CoDI Composers Studio’ offers 6 emerging composers an opportunity to compose a new work for the UPROAR Ensemble and to receive mentorship from established composers Lynne Plowman and Richard Baker.

LPO Young Composers Programme 2022/23 at Queen Elizabeth Hall
The LPO Young Composers Programme offers 5 early-career composers an opportunity to compose an orchestral piece for the London Philharmonic Orchestra and members of the Foyle Future Firsts. This years brief drew influence from the visual arts and was later performed in Queen Elizabeth Hall at Southbank Centre.

TinShed Theatre Company - Dark Matter
In collaboration with TinShed Theatre Company, ‘Dark Matter’ drew focus on the local landscape of Mid Wales and how the depths of the landscape contribute to its natural surroundings. Throughout this project, we liaised with a projectionist to create an immersive installation for the community.

SHIFT - SOLOS Concert
SOLOS was a project which involved 6 composers developing works which drew on the theme of a palindrome and aleatoric music. This was later performed in a contemporary venue SHIFT Cardiff.

Green Space Dark Skies - Brecon Beacons (Craig-Y-Nos)
Green Space Dark Skies is a project which brings together artists of varying disciplines to showcase material that draws influence on the landscape and community of the Brecon Beacons (Craig-Y-Nos) and ultimately allowing the public to explore the beautiful landscape with freedom and respect for the surrounding area.

NightMusic - with James McVinnie at St.David's Hall
NightMusic is an event held by both Ty Cerdd and St. David’s Hall that showcases new works by composers in Wales, where they get to work with various professional artists as part of the collaboration. In this instance, this NightMusic concert was in collaboration with organist James McVinnie.

CoDI Lead - with Ty Cerdd at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama
CoDI Lead is a scheme produced by Ty Cerdd that commissions Welsh and Welsh-based artists to compose a work for members of the Paraorchestra and to work alongside conductor/composer Lloyd Coleman. This was later showcased at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru - Anfamol Production
Anfamol is a Welsh theatre production by Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru that explores the themes of motherhood and the realities of postpartum depression. For this project, the sound design was done in collaboration with composer Niamh O’Donnell and Dyfan Jones.

Atmosphere's Fesival - MIXTAPE Audio Installation
Atmosphere’s Festival is a composers event held at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and showcases the works of the student composers. For this event, my contribution was an interactive audio installation that draws inspiration from the world of cassette tapes, MAX and Arduino.

BBC Composition Wales - with BBC National Orchestra of Wales at Hoddinott Hall
BBC Composition Wales is a scheme in association with the BBC National Orchestra of Wales (BBC NOW) where scores are selected to be workshops and performed by BBC NOW. This was with the support and guidance of composer in residence Huw Watkins, composer Lynne Plowman and conductor B. Tommy Andersson.

CoDI Move - with Ty Cerdd, Tic Ashfield-Fox and Hijinx Theatre
CoDI Move is a scheme produced by Ty Cerdd in association with Hijinx Theatre and Welsh BAFTA Award winning composer/sound designer Tic Ashfield-Fox. Composers collaborated with members of Hijinx theatre to produce a composition for movement and very much inputted the voices of the actors to develop their works.
